About Us

Betech Otomasyon is a second-generation manufacturing company built on the production heritage of As Teknik İş Kollektif Şti., founded in 1967. As Teknik İş began its journey in the footwear components industry with leather braid production in 1967, and soon shifted toward welt manufacturing in response to the evolving needs of the market. In 1973, the company moved into its own facility, where production continues today, and expanded its operations by introducing steel shank insole production, one of the key needs of the footwear industry at the time. Sole leather covering was also added to its production range during this period.

Following the passing of its founder, Kamuran Kanlıkılıç, in 1991, the company was taken over by his son, Gökhan Kanlıkılıç, who continued its operations with the same discipline, care, and production standards. With more than 59 years of manufacturing heritage, As Teknik İş earned a trusted position in the footwear sub-industry through innovation, precision, and a strong commitment to production quality. Betech Otomasyon was established as the continuation of this long-standing manufacturing tradition; created to meet increasing production demand, expand capacity, and broaden the range of welt products in 2020.
